I took my car in to get the windows tinted, I asked for a legal tint job 35% he asks what I wanted and I started to say , "Well I always thought that mirrored edge loo---" You Don't want that, ok you want 35% on the sides and 20% on the back. Ok do that call me when its done.
Normally if a sales person told me what I wanted I would pretty much explode in their ass, but Dennis told me in a way that I knew indeed that in fact I really didn't want that. No Jedi mind trick involved just a matter of fact tone in no nonsense banter, I do not want the mirrored edge on my window tint.
